Return & Refund Policy
Clear rules for final-sale OEM parts, the seller-error exception, return authorization, and refund handling.
Orders are final once they leave our facility.
Wrong items sent by us can be reported within 30 days.
Do not send parts back before contacting support for approval.
At Longtop, we supply 100% genuine OEM parts for Toyota and Lexus. Because we deal exclusively in brand-new, original manufacturer parts, our return policy is strictly enforced to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of our supply chain.
1. All Sales Are Final (No Returns)
Due to the nature of OEM automotive parts, all sales are strictly final once the order leaves our facility. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for customer ordering errors, buyer's remorse, or parts that are no longer needed. Please verify your part numbers and vehicle fitment carefully before placing an order.
2. Exception: Seller Error (Incorrect Item Received)
The only exception to our all-sales-final policy is if we make an error and ship you the incorrect item.
- If you receive a wrong part due to our mistake, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and work with you to quickly provide the correct part or issue a full refund.
- To qualify for this exception, the incorrect item must remain brand new, completely uninstalled, and in its original, undamaged Toyota or Lexus OEM packaging.
3. Return Shipping for Unauthorized Returns
Because we do not accept standard returns, any forced or unauthorized return sent back to our facility without prior explicit written consent will be rejected and returned to the sender.
If, under extremely rare circumstances, our management authorizes a special exception return that is not the result of a seller error, the buyer is 100% responsible for all return shipping costs. Any approved non-error returns will also be subject to a restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. How To Report an Error
If you received an incorrect item, please do not send any parts back to us without contacting us first.
- Reach out to our support team immediately to report the issue.
- If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid return shipping label for seller errors only.
- Returns received without an RMA will not be processed.
5. Refunds
Once an authorized error-related return is received and inspected to ensure it is in its original uninstalled condition, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed immediately to your original method of payment.
